When you join Renal Management, our financial team will:
Verify Your Insurance Coverage:
- Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance plans, and Medicare Advantage
- Coordination of benefits (if you have more than one plan)
- Explanation of your dialysis coverage in simple terms
Handle Prior Authorizations & Claims
- Work directly with your insurance provider
- Submit claims accurately and on time
- Follow up on delays, denials, or appeals so you don’t have to
Explain Your Costs Upfront
- Clear breakdown of deductibles, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket responsibilities
- Transparent billing so there are no surprises
Explore Financial Assistance
- Help applying for Medicare or Medicaid if you qualify
- Connect you with available state or national programs that may offset costs
- Assist with hardship payment plans or charitable programs when applicable
Provide Ongoing Support
